HISTORY

Farzam Construction Company (F.C.C.) has started its activities under the name of Sayeed Architectural & Engineering Project Co .Ltd, which was established in 1996 with a capital of US $ 100,000. The main activities under Sayeed Architectural & Engineering were architectural designs and consultation in regards to engineering activities.

In 2004 the Company name was changed to Farzam Construction Company (F.C.C) and registered itself under the name of Farzam Construction Company (FCC). Since then, the Company tried to expand its activities in Design and constructions of buildings, roads, bridges, schools, power station, University, irrigation systems and Afghan National Police Regional Logistic Centers.

With the new name and expansion of scope of work the company had to increase the number of professional staff and to the possible extend engage itself in different large scale construction activities. By increasing the capacity of the company, now the company has the ability of handling large scale projects, which costs millions of Dollars. Now the company has the ability to work all over the country.

FCC is dedicated to taking active part in revival of Afghanistan through providing design and construction of projects to the war torn Afghanistan. The Vision of FCC is to be the pioneer in delivering of high quality services by appropriate design and construction of different projects all over the country, creation of more employment opportunities in rural areas and building the capacity of the communities to be used in the rehabilitation of the country. The other aspect is to take part in the eradication of poverty in the country by creating job opportunities for the people where our projects are located.

Knowing the inter-relationship between the design and construction work is the key factor in professional engineering. FCC from the very first day of its establishment has realized this leading factor and our slogan is, Safety first and quality always. The successful principles used by FCC in implementing its projects are the accurate assessment of the projects, precise implementation planning and Quality Control system before starting the implementation process and . FCC employ its project staff as well as the labors (skilled and un skill) according to the locality where the project is being implemented and this is one of the reasons, which makes the company successful in achieving its goals and objectives.
